Who Are Our Members?

Our members are individuals, businesses and independent families who offer hospitality to visitors either in a farmhouse or countryside property as Bed Only, Bed and Breakfast, self catering cottages, camp sites, shepherd's huts and glamping.

Fees 2024/25

The rates for this year are just £100 per three unit (Self Catering or B&B or Pitch) accommodation plus £15 for each additional unit.

Membership Benefits

Not-For-Profit organisation meaning nearly every penny is used for marketing and promotion.

  • Friendly and lively quarterly meetings and luncheons usually in one of the member's properties - exchanging experiences, ideas and best practice. Occassional training ie first aid and talks ie fire aswell as discussions ie Getting Guests To Book Direct. Annual rotating Chairmanship. Homemade cakes encouraged.

  • Social meet ups and trips giving a chance to informally chat to fellow like minded farming and countryside members.

  • New (October 2024) and developing Squarespace website with a quick and easy enquiry form distributed to accomodation providers and encouraging guests to book directly with members. No commissions charged on bookings!

  • Planned in time are monthly enewsletters, regular posting on facebook page and Google My Business page, press releases etc

  • Whatsapp group to aid day to day communication.

  • Members are encouraged to consider joining Farmstay UK.
