Seven single storey well equipped cottages converted from old cow byres - Three 2-person and four 4-person cottages and the delightful 12-person Old Granary barn conversation 3/4 mile along the country lane. Enjoy a rural location on a working sheep farm with walking and cycling from your doorstep. Swim in our luxurious indoor heated pool and enjoy the Games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and outdoor and board games. Children and Pets Welcome. Free WiFi.
Farm Tours, Sheep Herding sessions and Farm Olympics can be booked if you wish to get out and about on the farm! These are very popular with our guests.

Directions: From the M4, leave at junction 18 (Bath). Take the A46 towards Bath. After six miles you come down Long hill. Follow Bradford On Avon signs. At roundabout take the A363 to Bradford On Avon. Continue for five miles. At mini roundabout in Bradford On Avon turn right onto the B3108 sign posted Winsley. Continue for two miles to roundabout in Winsley. Take the second exit to Bath/Limpley Stoke. Farm entrance is three quarters of a mile on the right. Recognisable features: When you leave the roundabout in Winsley following the exit for Bath / Limpley Stoke (not Winsley), follow road for 3/4 mile. Our farm is the fourth turning on the right. Look for the tree on the grass verge outside the farm and the Farm Stay welcome notices either side of our entrance.
