Family-run farm cottages with an Indoor Heated Pool just 5 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon. Church Farm is on a working sheep farm in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and Games room on site. There is a village pub, Farm shop/cafe all under 1/2 mile. The Kennet and Avon canal is 3/4 of a mile away for boating, cycling and walking. Locally sourced welcome cream tea.
Seven single storey well equipped cottages converted from old cow byres - Three 2-person and four 4-person cottages. These are all located within the same walled garden, with parking close by. Each cottage has its own patio area with garden furniture. Enjoy a rural location on our working sheep farm, with country lanes and footpaths from your doorstep. Our luxurious indoor heated pool is on site. The Walnut Room can be booked for shared meals together. There is table tennis and table football.
Sheep Herding sessions can be booked if you wish to get out and about on the farm! These are included in your stay during School Holidays. Lambing Tours can also be booked during our busy Lambing season (end of March through until mid April). These are very popular with our guests.
Longleat safari park is 14 miles away. We sell discounted Longleat tickets to our guests. There are many National Trust properties nearby; Lacock, Dyrham Park, Stourhead.
Accommodates groups of up to 22 for celebrations such as family or friends' get-togethers and celebrations.

Location: West Wiltshire
Directions: From the M4, leave at junction 18 (Bath). Take the A46 towards Bath. After six miles you come down Long hill. Follow Bradford On Avon signs. At roundabout take the A363 to Bradford On Avon. Continue for five miles. At mini roundabout in Bradford On Avon turn right onto the B3108 sign posted Winsley. Continue for two miles to roundabout in Winsley. Take the second exit to Bath/Limpley Stoke. Farm entrance is three quarters of a mile on the right. Recognisable features: When you leave the roundabout in Winsley following the exit for Bath / Limpley Stoke (not Winsley), follow road for 3/4 mile. Our farm is the fourth turning on the right. Look for the tree on the grass verge outside the farm and the Farm Stay welcome notices either side of our entrance.
